By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We will do our best to provide quality service and products for all customers. However, there will be some circumstances which may beyond our control and would need your kind understanding and co-operations. C) RETURN AND EXCHANGE
1. Can I return or exchange my purchased item?
Sorry, all items sold are non-refundable and only defected item may be return upon verification and approval. We accept returns for the following reasons only when:-
a. Wrong items received
b. Incomplete order
c. Damaged/ Defective items received
*Attributes such as measurement variations >0cm-3cm as a result of mass manufacturing, colour variance due to differing monitor/ screen resolutions, and difference in prints as a result of manufacturing process will not be considered as defects.
Returns and Exchanges are based on a case-by-case basis and will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unused, unworn, unwashed). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all these conditions will be duly declined.
Customers shall bear the full responsibility to ensure that the items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We regret that we will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
2. What should I do if there is faulty/ missing item?
We apologize for sending you any faulty goods (if happens) or incomplete order.
Firstly, customers may inform us by sending email to email@example.com within 7 working days since the delivery date with the information below:-
For faulty goods:
1. Clear photo(s) of the full item and the defected part
2. Description for us to understand better (We appreciate this)
3. Customer Name, Contact No., Invoice/ Order No.
4. Other information that you would need us to know
For missing item:
1. Customer Name, Contact No., Invoice/ Order No.
2. Missing Item Name/ Code
3. Clear photo(s) / Unboxing video of the full package received
We will then update your status by confirming whether the item is exchangeable and will need to return to us with guidance provided. Missing item(s) will be delivered immediately after verification and postage fees will be bear by us.
3. What is your return and exchange policy? Can I refund in Cash?
Return and Exchange are provided for all items except sales/ promotion items, or any other items with remarks stated in the product page.
Customers are advised to read through the description before purchase. Or else, all items sold are non-refundable, and returnable, unless the item is defected or have been delivered wrongly. Please refer to section C.1 for further details.
Delivery charges for returning the item(s) to Pick Me will be refunded by us via store credit voucher. Please note that no cash refund provided.
Store credit voucher will be sent via email to the respective customer and the voucher code could be filled while checking out for the next purchase. Therefore, kindly send us the delivery receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org for necessary arrangement.
Please also note that store credit voucher could only be used once and for normal priced item, not applicable for another return/ exchange, or with any further discounts.
