By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We will do our best to provide quality service and products for all customers. However, there will be some circumstances which may beyond our control and would need your kind understanding and co-operations. 1. How long will it takes to deliver my parcel after my payment has been verified? Can you arrange re-delivery for me?
Parcel will be shipped on the next working day after your payment being verified by using PosLaju or CJ Century by default. Shipment tracking details will be sent to you via email by then.
Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays according to each different service providers. All parcels need to be signed upon receipt.
You are advised to keep track your parcel with the provided tracking number via service provider web site and arrange for re-delivery with the post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. Please take note that, we are not responsible for the re-delivery charges (if any).
We ask for your kind understanding as the dispatch times may vary according to the availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, any damage, loss or faulty during delivery which beyond our control would not be under Pick Me's responsibilities.
The goods will be verified by the QC team and will be packed in good protection before delivery.
2. What is the shipping cost and delivery schedule within Malaysia and International?
We ship worldwide and the delivery costs will be charged in addition according to weight / package dimension will be displayed during checkout; unless there are any promotional events for customers according to each terms and conditions apply.

3. Shipment Tracking
Shipment notification email will be sent to the respective customer once the goods have been shipped out. We encourage all customers to keep track their parcels according to the details provided (such as courier service provider, tracking number and etc.) in the email at the respective courier service providers' web site.
Poslaju and CJ Century would be our official courier partners nationwide within Malaysia. Therefore, you may check the delivery status via Easy Parcel Tracking.
